oops forgot to say that if you go on a DMP you will get a pack from CCCS & you have send letters to all your creditors to tell them you are going on a DMP, then you pay CCCS & they contact all your creditors to arrange your DMP although you can do it yourself with a self help pack I think.

Why not start your own thread then we can all say hello to you properly & you'll get lots of help from everyone with any questions you have

thanks a lot. ive read throught some of the posts and its been really helpful. think im gonna call up on monday and try to see if i can negotiate a full and final payment on the smallest debt i owe.
