HSBC 10% Deposit

Just seen on moneysupermarket a HSBC Mortgage of 5.49% with a 10% deposit, and an arrangement fee of £199. Am I really upto date or am I way behind everyone else???

    Yeah HSBC are scum.
    90% for new and existing customers.
    1 week later 90% for new customers only and existing customers can go and find 75% please.
    Nothing to do with wanting to be rid of those portable trackers that are shafting you is it then HSBC? :rolleyes:

    I'm all for them cancelling all the trackers so they stop scr*wing their svr customers to make up for the extra risk on the tracker mortgages that they did not price in...
