Commission-free buyback for small amounts of foreign currency?

Can anyone recommend somewhere that I can take small amounts of foreign currency; preferably somewhere that won't charge anything for exchanging back to sterling? The amounts that I have are tiny - such as four US dollars in loose change. I always used to keep this stuff because I frequently went abroad and always took it back over there with me (you never know when you'll need 'local' loose change for a baggage cart, after all!) but now that my days of foreign travel have been curtailed for the foreseeable future, I'd like to make a few quid from this cash to make another small dent in my debt.

Also, does anywhere still buy non-Euro old European currency such as drachma and escudos, or am I out of luck with that now? :undecided
I was cut out to be rich, but got sewn up wrong.
