2. To enter visit www.thefreerangebutter.co.uk/greatescape and enter the unique code found on the specially marked pack for your chance to win.
3. The final closing date for receipt of entries is midnight on the 31st August 2009
4. To enter without purchase from Northern Ireland only, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: "Anchor Great Escape, 116 Putney Bridge Road, London, SW15 2NQ" and we will send a unique code out to you that can be used to enter the promotion online. Only one entry per stamped mailed envelope. Bulk entries or entries sent through trade, consumer groups, agents or third parties will not be accepted.
5. The promotion is available on specially marked packs of Anchor butter (Regular and Unsalted), Anchor Spreadable and Anchor Spreadable Lighter, whilst stocks last.
6. All 9 digit codes for entry can be found on pack. Each code is unique and can only be used once. Consumers may enter up to 5 codes per day per email address for the duration of the promotion.
7. Winners will be drawn at random under independent supervision and a notification email will be sent to the winner's registered email address within 14 days of the winner being chosen. Winners must reply to the notification email within 20 days of the notification email being sent. If a winning notification is not responded to within 20 days the original winner will forfeit any rights to the prize and the Promoter reserves the right to re-award the prize.
8. All participants must ensure that they provide a valid email address and are contactable on the same email address used for their entry.
9. The Promoter is not held responsible for an entrants' email address becoming inaccessible during the promotion, and will not be able to retrieve and amend any existing entries to a new email address.
10. There are a total of 12 weekly prizes draws between 21st June 2009 and 31 August 2009. Closing date for the weekly draws is midnight on the 14th June 2009, 21st June 2009, 28th June 2009, 5th July 2009, 12th July 2009, 19th July 2009, 26th July 2009, 2nd August 2009, 9th August, 16th August 2009, 23rd August 2009, 31st August 2009. Entries for each week will not be carried over into following weeks. Entrants will have to enter a new unique code to enter into a new weekly draw.
11. Prize: Each prize consists of a week in one of 30 specially selected Alastair Sawday's self catering accommodation in the UK (for full list of available properties click here) to the value of £1,500 plus £1,500 spending money. Spending money will be awarded in the form of a cheque in the winner's name. The value of holiday accommodation will be dependent on the property chosen and the week the holiday is taken, and may be less than £1,500. Under these circumstances, once a booking is confirmed, additional spending money above the stated £1,500 will be provided to the total amount required for the total prize value to equal £3,000.
12. All accommodation bookings must be made by 30th November 2009, with all prizes redeemed by 31st August 2010. Bookings are subject to the availability of the chosen accommodation at the time of booking and any normal cancellation stipulations of the chosen accommodation will apply. Winners will be required, at the beginning of their holiday, to supply a £100 security deposit to the accommodation at which they are staying. This will be returned to the consumer by the accommodation, on completion of the accommodation’s checkout inventory.
13. Images of the luxury cottages on offer, included on the website, are correct at the time of going live.
14. No other costs will be covered by the promoter other than those stated above.
15. Winners are responsible for arranging their own transport to and from their chosen accommodation.
16. There are no cash or other alternative prizes available and, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Promoter, the prizes will only be awarded directly to the winners. In the event of circumstances outside its control, the Promoter reserves the right to provide an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
17. Limitations of liability. Neither the promoter nor the promotional parties assume any responsibility or liability for:
    • Incorrect or inaccurate code entry, or for any faulty or failed electronic data transmissions
    • Unauthorized access to, or theft, destruction or alteration of codes at any point in the operation of this promotion.
    • Communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers or providers utilized in any aspect of this promotion.
    • Inaccessibility or unavailability of the internet or the website or any combination thereof
    • To the fullest extent of the law, any injury or damage to participants upon delivery and/or use of their prize.
    • System failures on the website or at any of our promotional third party partners.
18. Regretfully, the Promoter cannot be held liable for the failure to fulfill the obligations of any third parties involved in this promotion, although they will always endeavor to minimize the effect to the participant of any such failure.
19. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse fulfillment of the prize if there is any suspicion of fraud
20. Conduct of participation. Participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the code redemption process or the operation of the promotion or website, or to be acting in any manner deemed by the promoter to be in violation of the Terms and Conditions; or to be acting in any manner deemed by the promoter to be disruptive.
21. The Promoters decision is final and binding in all matters and no correspondence will be entered into.
22. The Promoter will not be responsible for codes damaged or defaced in the way that Anchor butter or Spreadable are opened. If you cannot read your code due to a genuine printing error, please return the Anchor packaging to the Promoter at "Anchor Great Escape, 116 Putney Bridge Road, London, SW15 2NQ". Please include your name, email and full address details and a replacement code will be sent to you.
23. Winners may be required to participate in related publicity
24. Winners names and counties will be available for a minimum period of 3 months after the closing date. To request a list of winners, send a SAE to "Anchor Great Escape, 116 Putney Bridge Road, London, SW15 2NQ".
