I personally love the Asda own make fruity shower gels and stockpile them whenever I'm passing and they're on special. I find them nicer than a lot of the ones I pay full-whack for. I'm picky about shower gels and will spend hours sniffing to find ones I like (because a rocket launcher is about what's required to get me out of bed on a morning)!

I was in Asda yesterday and had a sniff of the own-brand shower/bath gels - can't remember the range's name but it had things like vanilla creme brulee, gingerbread latte, apple mint, coconut ice cream and toffee pudding. They smelt absolutely gorgeous! They weren't the cheapest (£3-odd a bottle) but they seem to be making them look and smell a bit like the Philosophy ones, which sell for about £15 a bottle. If you like those, it might be worth checking out the Asda ranges.

Also my local 99p shop has had the Original Source shower smoothies in for a while now. There's watermint and lemongrass, pomegranate and fig and mango and macadamia. If you like fruit shower gel then they're definitely worth checking out. They seem to retail for £1.50/£1.90ish elsewhere.

The Primark eyeliners are brilliant, they currently have the following two-packs instore:

    Yellow and Purple
    Blue and Pink
    Blue and Green
    Black and Green

I have the first two of those and LOVE them, they give you really bright long lasting colour and are much like the bright colour pencils that Barry M do, just at a budget price.

Primark's 2-pack of tweezers are also really good, £1 for a stright edge pair and a slant edge pair.

As you can tell, I'm enjoying Primark.

Another good budget make-up brand is the new Sleek brand at Superdrug - if you google sleek uk you can look at their products. I'm currently coveting the ink pot eyeliners they do (Much like the expensive ones you see on QVC) which come in a range of colours and retail at £3.91.
