Dwain Chambers Winners

Hi,

There are a lot of us still waiting on the signed Dwain Chambers biography which should have been delivered in February.

I was going to ask Edwin to look into this for us as it doesn't seem to be moving forward, if you are still waiting could you reply to this thread and I'll email a link to Edwin so he knows how many people are affected?

Thank you for your complaint but I am afraid it is too late to
investigate this. We normally deal with complaints which are no more
than three - four months old. You can try the Advertising Standards
Authority but I am afraid they might have the similar time scale.

I emailed menshealth again a few weeks ago and received this reply on 18/5/09:-

"Apologies for not responding to your last email - we have been in constant contact with the promoters regarding this issue and they assure us that a new batch of books will be sent out as soon as they can get the copies to Dwain to be signed (he is currently out of the country due to promotional work and is due back this week). Please let us know if your copy is not with you within 10 days and we will endeavour to take action on your behalf."

Funnily enough 10 days have elapsed and no book has arrived:rolleyes:

I'll leave it until Friday and reply back to them.
