Here is the list i have made so far.

    Rent £450
Life Insurance £13 Will be an asset in your bankruptcy, OR will go through your options
    Mobile phone £55
    TV licence 0 £12
    Petrol £50
    Car MOT & service £17
    Car tax £17
    Car insurance £50
    Car repairs £20
Bank insurance £8 What is this for? You will probably have to change bank account to either Barclays or Co-Op, so this won't be needed
Maintenance £238 Is this CSA/Court set? Does this then lead to other child related expenses
Sky £17 hads to come from your surplus
Internet £35 has to come from your surplus unless you can demonstrate needed for work
    Cigarettes £80 Not allowed
    House keeping £195
    Clothing £20 Up to £40-50
    Dentist £10
    Christmas £15 Not allowed
    Birthdays £15 Not allowed

    Total £1305
    Income £ 1340

Please can you let me know whats not allowed....

    Thanks

Assume for one person? Put holidays of £30-40 p/m which will then cover Christmas/Birthdays.

Any professional memberships? Dry Cleaning? Prescriptions?

Cigarettes not considered essential and most come out of your surplus.

No, sorry I don't know where to find that. Phil was usually pretty quick to post that. I think Don79 might have it to hand though.

What about Gas and Electricity, Council Tax, Water, Domestic Holiday change to 50, Clothing change to £60 (i was allowed 157 for clothes 2 adults 2 kids). Put your mobile on to read just phone as it looks better OR doesn't allow mobile.
