    sorry to say this, but mcafee is worse than useless. just ask in the techie board and you will be advised to use something like kaspersky or one of the free alternatives.

    I've always found it very useful as you only need the one programme to look after everything

    never had any problem with it before, doesnt slow up my pc like norton did or AVG (useless),

    have had complete nightmares with various anti-virus software, will stick with this one as know it works

    I have now found Kaspersky Internet Security 2009, 3-Desktop, 1 year Subscription (PC) for £15.00 on Amazon! Since people seem to be singing its praises I will give it a go.

    yes, but its only anti-virus, not the full suite (AV, firewall etc)

    but, generally if you are going to pay for security software, go for kaspersky as its much better than mcafee/norton
