Well at least you got a reply! I wrote to Alliance & Leicester a couple of weeks ago asking them to be lenient and reimburse me the £200 they had just wipped out of my account. Not a dicky bird. So, big breath, here we go again. I sometimes don't have the energy for this, but I'm behind with several payments now, so I've got to do all I can.0
