Only one free ticket per rail booking, so if you're going as a family you could book each rail ticket on a separate booking. It's a one-day hoppa ticket, worth £49 adult, £43 child.
Nothing to stop you staying in Lille and buying a day return for 2 days in a row though.
The Marne-la-Vallee/Chessy station is located between Disney Village and the park entrance, a couple of minutes walk from the main gate.
I found adult rail tickets from Lille to Marne-la-Vallee for £33 return, or from charles de gaulle airport for £28. Book in advance for 'prems' tickets which are the cheapest. Sometimes first class is cheaper than standard class - worth checking.
Raileurope don't book RER tickets (normal trains) though, just TGV (very high-speed) ones.
London to Lille is a very pleasant and easy eurostar journey, and you can book it with airmiles if you've got some We've done it with our children (now 3 and 5) a few times and found it much less stressful than flying or going by car. We live in Leeds which makes it very easy to get the eurostar connection at King's Cross/St Pancras.
