CSA..Shambles PLEASE HELP!!!!

hi all please can you help.
i will cut the story short but if you need more info then thats no problem.
i made a claim for childmaintance through the CSA back in march 2008.
it took them till the september to actually pull there finger out and start the ball rolling to collect money from my ex(he was already on there system from another child so they did'nt have too look for him, why it took them so long i dont know).

so they eventually wrote to me telling me they were going to pay me XXX per month.. great i thought!!! untill the first payment was due, i telephoned them and apparently my money was paid onto the old system and all my details are on the new one.(confused). they told me this was a one off and would request the money to be transefed to the new system and this would take up to 21 days then a further 3-5 days till it reachs my account.
this they did and it work ok.. for the first payment.
when the next months payment didnt arrive i telephoned again. and supprise supprise the same problem as above.
it has now been 8 months since they have been taking money from my ex and every month the money gos onto the old system. and i have to wait up to 26 days for my money. making them always nearly two months in arrears.
IT GETS WORSE.
i telephoned them in march to get my payment transfered. they have requested this twice and still it sits on the old system. i the phoned them over and over again and still they do nothing.
to date they have 2 months money sitting on there old system that magically will not transfer to the new one no body wants to help when i phone and i get fobbed off with any old rubbish..
i have tried complaining but that still gets me now where .
what can i do ?? they owe me two months money and in 2 weeks it will be 3months ??

thanks for reading and i hope someone can help.

I don't know the ins & outs of the complications of your case, but clearly, the time for just phoning them has ended now & you should start putting all your complaints & other correspondence in writing only. Personally, I would back these letters up with emails & save these & any replies on your pc for future reference.
Make sure you send everything by at least recorded delivery & keep copies of everything you send them & everything they send you.
After the initial stage of writing to them & probably receiving an unsatisfactory response, you can then move up the management chain to the departments that will hopefully, sort out your problem for you, or further if necessary.

You can ask for a SAR under DPA which will show all data of paper, computer and telephone records (if applicable) held under your details. Copy your MP into correspondence which makes them treat as a priority and if you are still unhappy about how your case is being dealt with, ask them to involve the independent case examiner
