If you do target the OD first, then try to make the minimum payment + the amount of the interest charge to the CC - that then means that at least the whole amount you're paying in the min charge will come off the balance. Makes a surprising difference. So, if you minimum payment was £50, and the interest £14, you'd pay across £64.00

Can you bring your mobile costs down a bit? Whilst for 2 people £40 a month isn't that high, everything you can save will help. Obviously that will only be any good if you're on PAYG or not locked into a monthly contract.

£15 per month each for haircuts? Can that be reduced?

When does the interest free run out on your Tesco card? I took mine in about October last year and they were offering 14 months interest free on balance transfers at that point. I assume you haven't made any purchases on that card? And are your cards now cut up as you said yesterday?! ;) Assuming that the whole balance on the Tesco card is still at 0% then that one can stay on minimum payment for sure, just make sure you make yourself a calandar reminder for when that will expire as you'l need to be thinking about either a BT to another 0% card, or a payment plan to then reduce that ASAP.
