Hi, not sure where to post this, but here seems a good a place as any.
We have just bought a new mattress from Bensons Beds. It arrived today, It is now unpacked and laying on our bed. This evening I saw an advert and guess what, Bensons are now having a half price sale. Is there anyway that we can take advantage of this, hopefully without having to arrange for the bed to be picked or us return it?
Thanks D

Just had something similar myself, paid £300 for something which was then reduced to £150. Ultimately it's our hard luck but you've got nothing to lose if you contact them and tell them how "gutted" you feel that the drop in price wasn't mentioned (sales are planned) and is there anything you/they can do. The company I approached offered me half ie £75 as a goodwill gesture.0

If you havent used it yet and still within your returns period, call them and tell them you notice they have a sale and do they want you to return it and then buy it again or are they willing to just do it all via their computer to save you and them the hassle. If you have used it though you cant do that unless its faulty although as 40something suggests they might be nice and drop the price a bit.:smileyhea0
