Quiet Rapid Boil Kettle - De'Longhi Classic Cream?

Anyone know if the De'Longhi Classic from Argos (422/1665, sorry don't know how to do link) is a quiet kettle. If not any suggestions for a quiet rapid boil kettle. I have had 2 different makes and they are both so noisy you cannot talk when kettle is boiling.
