Go to your local comic book store if they are participating and receive a free comic book(s). Last year I went along and received three free comics, one of which was a limited anniversary edition of X-Men featuring Rogue and Gambit.

This special event is not limited to the USA, it is an international promotion.

Shame that I cannot get mine this year because I'm working all day long, boo

I LOVE FREE COMIC BOOK DAY!!!!!! just a word for those that have never done it before. you cant walk into the shop and take any free comics its just a selection.

just one per person I presume otherwise people would just grab a lot

it depends on the shop. they have quite a selection most of them let you take 1 of each comic, but after the day is over they just let you take whatever so they can get rid of them

hmm so to go early and get a selection, if I can get one of each thats good, or to go at the end when Im more likely to get more than just one but the best ones will probably have been nabbed lol.
