This is a lot of "entertainment" (internet/mobile/tv/phone) each month - could you get an all-in-one package & save yourself some ££££?
This is also a lot of "me" money - especially the food, as other people have mentioned!!

You are on a good salary, so I dont think that an IVA is an option - best to contact your creditors direct an agree a repayment that you can afford!! It is tough getting out of debt & does take sacrificing a lot of things - but it is worth it in the end - believe me!!!
I was on a lot less money than you, with a debt of £19,000 - and I had to do 2 jobs for 2 years to clear it. If you dont want to take on a 2nd job, or cant (due to f/t restrictions), then you MUST reduce your outgoings - and since you spend an awful lot on yourself each month already, this can be done - you just have to want to!!
Best of luck. xx0
