Orthotics friendly shoes?

Could anyone recommend shoes that would take my orthotics? I have quite a narrow ankle, so brands like Hotter tend to flap at the heel and make me look like Donald Duck.

I'd like to look elegant..........................:o

Have you tried Ecco? My podiatrist recommends them.

THank you. I had a look at their winter range, but wasn't too taken with them. Perhaps their summer range will be a bit better for me.

    Just got to keep looking..................

salomon shoes/trainers I got from TLMAxx already had an orthotic shaped insole in them, helped my poor feet no end.

I'm on the lookout for another pair at that price.

  • Have you tried Mephisto or Waldlaufer shoes? I have some Mephisto Allrounder shoes and they have a strap at the ankle that will hold the shoe on with an orthotic in place. Have a look at a website called cheerfulsoles.
