Bit of advice please..?

I won a comp for £250 worth of Bench clothing - I emailed with what I wanted and got a reply that she would order them and email me to let me know when they were coming. A week later I had no email back but a box from Bench turned up - but it only contained a few of the items and it didn't say anything about more being on the way. I thought I will wait a few days to see if more turns up but nothing. Would you wait a while longer or e-mail to ask about the rest. I don't want to appear rude and impatient. The clothes turned up Monday so maybe I should wait until Tuesday at least. What do you lot think?

I would email and ask too, especially if you've given it a few days to wait and see if the rest turn up and they still haven't

I, too would send a polite email along the lines of you are so excited and can't wait to see what's in your second parcel and when can you expect it. They can't possibly take offence if you put it like that.

I would definately send an email, being really nice, just asking whether the second box will arrive as you can't wait to try it on - or something

I emailed and got a reply they are going to check with the warehouse and let me know next week.
