I've often pondered this stuff - is it really as good as the adverts say? The amount of times I've almost purchased it and then not bothered in case it ends up in my bin!0

Honestly, i started off drinking this when i had my baby (a year ago) and havent stopped. It really helps the immune system aswell as tasting good. I used to have a cold every couple of months....and since my little one, iv only had it once and not even that badly!
I only like the strawberry flavour. I bought the 1% fat strawberry flavour yestrday (usualy buty the full fat) as there is a quite a bit of diff in calories and it tastes just the same. So im glad!!!

i thought these were useful and they are as a top up, but i stopped buying them 6 months ago and im just as healthy as i always was.
they dont improve anything (despite their claims) they simply help maintain a balance so id only buy them if your not a good eater!Target Savings by end 2009: 20,000
current savings: 20,500 (target hit yippee!)
Debts: 8000 (student loan so doesnt count)
new target savings by Feb 2010: 30,0000 -
I understood their TV adverts to mean that it's going to stay at £4. I'll have to pay more more attention when the ad is on again...The thanks button is here to the right. If you find a post saves you money, gives you useful information, or you agree with it, take a second to thank the poster!

Well, could be....i certainly didnt used to have anything healthy LOL
And my immune system was rly weak, therefore i did notice a difference.
But yes, i agree, if your immune system not weak, then maybe you wont notice a big difference.0
