I am just amount to start a self managed DMP with capital one as well as my income & expenditure sheet they want wage slips & bank statements do i have to send these ? I have done an income & expenditure which i will send to them but the lady from cap one seem to be saying if i didnt send wage slips & bank statements they would not do a DMP .Any advice on what to do

They do sometimes ask for these but you do not have to supply them with this information. A statement of affairs should be sufficent.
To start with I would just send them the I&E you have prepared. You may find they accept your reduced payments at that point.
If they do refuse and you do decide to send wage slips I have seen it suggested on here that you should black out all details to do with tax & NI, deductions, Year to date figures, tax code etc (I think this is something to do with if someone is made bankrupt their income tax is allocated to their creditors- not sure of the details).
Ask them why they want to see your bank statements? If its for proof of income then you could black out all expenditure and any personal data, account number, sort code even, just leave the money going in visible.A smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who giveor "It costs nowt to be nice"0
