thanks guys, hypno, how was your RFL? what was your time? Any marathon still in your legs?

I did a nice 5 miles today but after yesterdays gym session i am aching all over!

I found the RFL hard work - it was hot and windy, but I think the main thing was that my body was still screaming "you've just done a bloody marathon, woman.....give me a break"

But I did it in 28 mins 46 seconds so all things considered, I am very happy with that!!!

You are doing so well with your running!!

hypno - i think you're doing amazing BTW! and wow on the £4k raised...

my running is going okay, it's all relative, my 5 miles in an hour is hardly groundbreaking but it's good for me!

5 miles in an hour is pretty decent pace Maz, don't underestimate what you are doing!!
