    I did a six miler this morning, it was fantastic....slight incline for 3 miles and then 3 miles downhill home, listening to the boat that rocked soundtrack in the sunshine.....knees didn't hurt this week and I found it easier than last week. I have a 10k race next week!

    OH is working and I have to sit with him! I have two babies in da house! Bookie, I am on my own even though I have a OH!

    Great, I'm loving it, and niggly back pain has stopped already. Did 40 lengths of the pool this evening and then did some pamper stuff (steam and jacuzzi), tomorrow back to the gym again.:D

    We're both REALLY struggling though. Not that we miss food, we just miss the whole sitting down for a meal together thing :(
