    they never replace anything always a refund but they will refund the p&p too, just keep a close eye on your account as sometimes in can take a while to get your money back

    Haven't opened mine yet BUT can't you return just the cutting blade to the manufacturer under guarantee? The rest of the tools + the main item itself are worth far more than the £10.
    You are bound to get just a refund & not sure if you'll get the postage back.
    There's no way I'd return mine in full just for one of the items breaking. It would cost too much to replace the whole thing.
