Argos Additions returns help please??

Hi all, i've been trying alllllllll day to download a returns label from the additions site http://www.additionsdirect.co.uk/rf/add/static.do?page=help1
but i cant for the life of me get it to work - the link just stalls.
Does anyone have a different link or the an idea where i can get an alternative?? I've already emailed additions saying it wont work (I only found it cos I asked them yesterday how i go about returning something when i lost the label
).
Any help mucho appreciated!!
