Is it possible to do this? I have recently started stoozing, and my OH would like to get involved, but we would like to BT to my egg money card, and then to our joint current account.Would it be possible to balance transfer from my Egg money card to a credit card in my OH's name?

Yes. 16-digit card number is the only information you usually need to transfer a balance from a credit card.0
