    Wouldn't bank on that. Can't say of the new forms, but the old forms used to ask about bonuses paid within the last 12 months - thus it can't be forgotton about!

    Oh i don't doubt it !

    Like i say it just seems a bit unfair, as Mr GG points out that money could well have been spent on the children in the time the couple were still together. It is almost like the NRP is expected to have a crystal ball and envisage CSA involvement potentially 11 months prior !

    I can't find any legislation which talks about how income is calculated. That will be in CSA manuals which I can't access as I am not there!!!!! They have also removed the old Decision Makers' Guide from the web!!!

    Have found Statutory Instrument for you - it refers to the 52 weeks ending in the relevant week, so if he was paid the bonus within the past year up to the week in which they start the case, then it will be included. Have PM'd you the details. Kxxxxx
