sleeping tablets USA

wannabe
My sister found some tablets called PM and they were pain reliever aspirin but they also had a very mild sleeping dose in them. Does anyone know if I can get anything similar here as I don't want to go the Doc and get proper sleeping tablets I am too young for that yet but I do need a little help at times to sleep.
Many thanks

Go and speak to your local pharmacist. They can recomend various types of drugs to help you sleep.
Once while I was working in Boots, a lady came in and wanted to buy a large amount of a certain antihistamine (I forget which) and when I queried why she wanted so much she told me that it was the kind that made you drowsy and as it was so much cheaper than sleeping drugs (like nitol for instance) she used it when she worked the night shift (to make herself sleep in the day). I checked with the duty chemist and apparently as long as you dont over use them, its fine. Not that I'm advocating doing so, always speak to a qualified pharmacist or doctor before taking anything for purposes other than what they are specifically designed.:A:A:A:A:A:A0 -

Yep Safesound , thats what I used to do , especially towards the end of nights . I used to take the recommended dose of Piriton and sleep properly , very useful . Others used Night Nurse , but whilst these things worked ,as a backup , I would be inclined to see the Dr ,if I were the OP,just in case there was something that needed checking out .0
