Bankruptcy question

It looks very likely my Husband who is the sole wage earner will lose his job next month. If he does it will probably mean I will not be able to keep up my credit repayments and will have to go Bankrupt.
The thing that is really bothering me is that my Husband is a discharged bankrupt. He went bankrupt when we seperated for a couple of years.
How would this affect my potential bankruptcy?

The OR won't be interested with your goods, not unless you've got a new state of the art plasma tv, or any oil painting of value
A rule of thumb: any thing worth over a grand, he might be Did'nt have clue about BR But learning fast:p
