If I may, I just want to clear up the misunderstanding some people have about barcodes. There is no such thing as a 'NSS barcode'.
I think what you are saying is that there are some coupons - but they all say Waitrose only in the t&cs. This means they can only be used legitimately in Waitrose, and only Waitys can claim the money back on the coupons (the good thing is Waitys don't insist that you have to buy the right item, even for their own magazine coupons).
Re the barcode, I think you mean it's a 'barcode starting with 99' - but that doesn't make a coupon NSS (non-store specific). Most Supermarkets use the same system so a lot of food money-off coupons have a barcode starting with 99. Even those printed specifically for Waitrose, Sainsburys or where ever.
Just didn't want people to think these could be used in Tesco. They may scan but they are not OK (not NSS).
