A bit of help please.

About to apply for a mortgage for a new home. already had a property before but sold it and been renting the last few years.

Would my fiance (never owned a property) and i still be able to apply for first time buyers mortgages?

Thanks in advance

Hi there. As you have not had a mortgage for the last few years you should be able to apply as if you had never had a mortgage although you can mention it to whoever is dealing with your application. Shouldn't make any difference. Hope this helps. Jo:p

I am not certain that it makes any odds if you are or if you are not a FTB these days, in relation to what deals are about.
