Car Hire Spain

Hi, Does anyone know a good reliable but cheap car hire company, from Gerona airport in Spain to travel to France. The qoutes I have received seem over priced.

When I hire cars at Spanish airports I usually use www.carjet.com who are brokers. Their price is usually good and I've never had a problem with them. In fact they have turned out being cheaper than going to the individual hirers directly.
The fact that you want to go into France may prove tricky with some hire companies so check the terms & conditions.

Yeah, as NOWSE said, the big problem is likely that you're looking at taking the car across a border. Most rental companies will up their prices for that, especially if you want to drop the car off in the second country; since the hire company then has to pay to get the car back to it's original depot.

Don't know of any off hand but would think that your best bet has to be looking around the bigger companies who operate in both countries.
