Vodafone free mobile internet terms and conditions
1. The internet on your phone is available to all Vodafone customers and gives them free usage of mobile internet whilst they are in the UK only. Any data used outside the UK will be charged at the standard data roaming rate for that country. The Promotion will run from 0.00am 1 May 2009 until 11.59pm 1 May 2009.
2. Eligible Data for the Promotion includes data accessed through the pp.Vodafone.co.uk apn and wap.Vodafone.co.uk apn only.
3. Data usage during the Promotion will not count towards your normal data usage allowance. Data used at any other time outside the Promotion will be charged at your standard rate.
4. The Promotion is for private non-commercial use only. All data usage is subject to Vodafone's fair use policy. If we believe your use is excessive, we may ask you to moderate your usage. If you then fail to do so, we reserve the right to charge you for the excessive element of your usage at your price plan's standard rate and/or remove you from the Promotion.
