For a free Mr Mouse toy from e-sure goto https://www.esure.com/toy

you need to get a car insurance quote, and in the "why have you visited us" box you need to click on Free toy.

and finally, you need to save your quote at the end.

I don't know how long it takes to get them (they say 28 days).
