Affect of non-payment of cc debt on parents house?

Hi there. I've lost my job, am claiming housing benefit, have no disposable income and can no longer afford to pay even the minimum on my two credit cards (barclaycard/mbma) I took out the cards 4 years ago when I lived with my parents. Does this leave my parents open to any sort of action against their property? Any help or redirection to useful threads will be gratefully appreciated. Paul.

Nothing at all to do with your parents.

Hi Paul
It is usually advised that if at all possible do try to make token payments to your credit card providers of £1 each per month. This shows you are willing to pay the debts but don't have the funds - and that you have not 'run away' from them.A smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who giveor "It costs nowt to be nice"0
