As to travel to work cost, and the miles. It is as the crow flies, and according the to the CSA my car can swim across the sea as that is the only way that I would be able to travel as the crow flies! Fought this and got a deviation and they now allow traviling costs!
As for the 40p a mile dream on £5 a week if you are lucky!0 -
I therefore applied for a variation on the basis that is costs me £300 every 6 weeks, I included a court order, to go and visit my son,
How does it cost £300? - fuel is approx £130 & you appear to stay at your parents.
I'm really struggling right now to keep afloat and I've now missed two visits as I can’t afford to go to see him.
You can't afford not to go! You need the proof that you are sticking to the court order.
I've just received a pack of stuff form the CSA which is very difficult to understand but I think they have rejected my application on the basis they contacts the PWC and she said that before the court order was in place I only visited him once or twice a year. I know that it wasn't 10 times like last year, but it wasn't twice a year either.
Depends which csa system you are on too. If on csa2 then you would have to pay the first £15pw (pro-rata up to 6 weeks), before a reduction could apply. Also worth noting you can claim travel or overnights, but not both.0
