Mortgage+Debt+Seperation=STRESS

Hi everyone, newbie here so sorry to ask advice straight away, but you all seem like a nice bunch!
I'm in the middle of a less than amicable seperation from my partner of 10 years. We have had a joint mortgage for 4 years (now owing 86000) and a joint loan (owing 7400). The house is valued at approx 100000, and I paid 10000 deposit.
Due to the circumstances of the split, I want to stay in the house, either keeping my partner on the mortgage or not. We also have credit card debt of 8500 (all in my name) which we initially agreed would be split 50/50.
Now she is upset at me keeping the house, wants me to sell it (so that her share of the equity can pay off her half of the credit card debt), or wants me to write off her debt entirely in order to keep the house. Bear in mind I have paid in 50k including the deposit, she has only paid 21k.
Anyone with any idea where I stand legally with all this, she wants to go legal and has some fairyland idea about the property prices at the moment. Basically she wants to walk away debt free and leave me to struggle with everything. Typical.
Please help !!
