Thank you for all your comments,

My lump sum rent is covering the costs of TV licence, council tax etc, I basically lodge in a friends house, it's an idea situation to help me shift some of this debt.

The spending diary is a great idea and yet so obvious.

I tend to pay additional lumps £200/£300 a month off my Lloyds\Barclaycard, and only yesterday reading the payment a day thread encouraged me to make further payments and leaving me with just enough to get through to payday, Since August last year I have moved onto a fortnightly salary payment, which means I get 26 payments a year, I will ensure the 2 months when I'm paid 3 times will be treated as a bonus and pre-assigned to card payments!.

So can I crack this without entering into a payment plan?, I would like to think so!.

Now I have my second LBM, I will ensure to keep an up to date signature and monitor my debt heading south!,
  • No need for payment plan as you have more than enough to pay the minimums. A payment plan is for those with shortfalls. So no need for any assistance other than us!. If you do need more help then go to the free services such as CCCS, payplan and CAB.
