Only a Voucher for a free KIT KAT for me but I had to pay for it in the end.
When I tried to use the Safecoupons voucher in Tesco it became a nightmare as the cashier looked at it with disdain then called over a supervisor who rushed off with it. Meanwhile an impatient queue was forming all watching for the outcome. The supervisor returned to say that the Tesco policy is not to accept printouts from the Internet. I paid for my KitKat but decided to ask again at the service desk about the policy. Much to my husband’s embarrassment it took 4 more people to discuss the matter before refusing to accept the voucher as “printouts from a computer are open to fraud”. Another added, "If everyone did this Tesco wouldn't get any profits." I won't be printing any more coupons from the internet!
