hi anyone know the address for royal sun alliance,as i want to claim for misselling ofmy endowment policy.i did write to the address on my policy but neverreceived a reply.any info appreciated

My R&SA policy (PHI though, not endowment) was taken over by Phoenix insurance, but I'm sure they have the same address as before. I think it's got a PO Box number, Old Hall St, Liverpool? Was that the address you wrote to?Are the words 'I have a cunning plan' marching with ill-deserved confidence in the direction of this conversation? :cool:0

Phoenix is PO Box 30 Liverpool L69 3HS.
We have just completed 25 years of this endowment and were sold down the river. Endowment final bonus was a massive £450!! and a shortfall of almost £8000 this was on what should have paid out £22500 it stinks!0 -

They have been pretty useless for about 6 years now so you could have got out in the past and saved yourself some money rather than wait until maturity.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). hi have wrote to address given and been sent form to complete.i filled it in saying i was 1st time buyer and didnt know anything about investments and didnt feel that the advisor looked into my risk assesement or explained the risks properly.do you think this is ok.i took it out in 1996 and cashed it in 1n 2004 i was paying £90 a month0
