can anyone help? i need a 80% mortgage i am in south wales, what is the best rate people can find??

yeah i have already bought, im helping my mate with getting the best mortgage on the market, i have found 4.99% to be the best with a 20% deposit but just checking i havnt missed anything

Interestingly on 22.4.09 TopKat*1 was asking how much to offer on a property - exactly one week later all done.

I pray this sale goes through otherwise we will get another 4 page thread when the repo purchase fell through.

no nosey artful dodger, im enquiring as im helping a friend, the best i found was 4.99% but they change daily so i wanna check with the helpful people on this site
