I have joined these sites and would like to know if anyone has had any problems with getting rewards from them. I don't want to keep wasting my time doing surveys if they won't send out vouchers etc when I try to claim them.
Thanks

I'd just like to get beyond the stage of completing the surveys.
Sometimes I'm too late and the survey is closed.
Sometimes I spend time completing the survey and it bombs me out early saying I don't fit the target group.
Sometimes it takes longer to tell me that I do fit the target group, but they've already got enough responses from my subset of the target group.
Very frustrating, and not very productive.0 -
Never used MyVoice. Global Test Market highly recommended. I generally gets lots of surveys and claim at 1000 points. They are an American company and with the exchange rate being low, receive around £33 or so for 1000 points. Have received a cheque within the last week.
Toluna - receive enough surveys but points for surveys are low. You need 60 000 points for a £10 Amazon voucher, points per survey can vary between 1500 to 6000, sometimes more. Points are slow being added and you can wait ages for an electronic Amazon voucher. I ordered one a while ago and still waiting.
Good luck.0 -
No problem with Toluna, although Amazon vouchers are a little slow arriving in my experience. HMV vouchers much quicker. No problem with Global Test Market either. Never used Myvoice so can't comment on them.Yeah, whatever. I'm a grown up, I can take it...0

Myvoice are great, never been screened out of a survey. Toluna are vicious, they always screen you out, what is the point of registering all your details if they insist on sending you a survey then screen you out, even though they know all your details, it really !!!!es me!! Global Test Market are also good with Sterling being worthless the Dollar rewards are worth taking.0

toluna is rubbish - avoid, points always go missing and constant battering on forums. I did two surveys a few months ago to take me upto 65000 so i could withdraw, but still no sign of points.0

I didn't have any problems with Toluna, although it does sometimes seem like ages before your points are added. I collected an HMV voucher recently and it was delivered within the stated time.0

well i just had another 10,000 points taken away from me.everybody knows how long it takes to get enough points for a voucher and if you're unfortunate enough to get constantly screened out and don't use those points within 2 years they expire.emailing them is a waste of time.ringing them does nothing except that they email somebody in germany who then ( if you're lucky) will email you back with the information that you already knew and once they've taken the points they can't give them back.they told me that i should buy prize draw tickets instead of letting my points go to waste but all i wanted was a sainsburys voucher.since Jan 1st i've had 31825 points taken away and although i've been doing surveys ( i got screened out of everything for a year) to try and catch up i'm fighting a losing battle.there's absolutely no way i'm gonna get to 60000 and my total now is 44530.i'm absolutely !!!!!! off with them0

I have been doing Global Test Market two or three months and have never once qualified for a survey! :eek:Declutterbug-in-progress.⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️0

Have persevered with Toluna, although they do screen you out later and later these days, and now have almost the 60000 points for the £10 Sainsbury voucher, only to find they no longer offer it!0
