Does anywhere do 5% mortgages for part buy?

As title says, we need to borrow £90,000 for a part buy house and have the 5% deposit but are finding it very hard to find company's that do less than 10%

Thanks

hi lloyde ive been trying to get a mortgage for a part buy flat for the past month but am having problems due to my credit rating. As far as I know almost everyone wants atleast 10% deposit of the share you are buying. I would definately recommend you visit a mortgage broker since they have access to some quality deals not available to someone just walking into a branch.

Can you give the exact name of the scheme you are buying under?
