mrssezzie - hope your son is getting better
I'm declaring this month at £162.18
Good luck for June everyone!"There's only one way of life and that's your own" - Levellers
"I'm feeling like a Monday but someday I'll be Saturday night" - Bon Jovi0 -
Think I will have to declare at £112.30 - miserably shy of the £5 a day I was hoping for, and only so high because I got £75 from the ING offer.
For June though I have listed some stuff on ebay though (3 days but no watchers or bidders yet *boo hoo*) and will try to get some more done, going to go for the same (£5 a day) in June too and hopefully smash it! I am also expecting some quidco (about £6 lol) and am no where near cashing out my scratch cardsbut I will just have to get imaginative I think!! Oooh just remembered I have a paid presentation in june too!!!

Totalled embarrassed about my pathetic £35.71 this month. I'm sure I've forgotten to add in some savings made in my normal shopping. Online sales started off OK but then have gone rather quiet!
Think I need to go through my listings, adjust prices, etc, etc ...
As anything I sell today won't get posted until tomorrow, I'm calling it quits on May.Debt Jan 2008: £45,566. *** June 2013: DEBT FREE! ***
Paid back just under £50,000 due to some interest added.
Dealt with my debt through a Step Change (CCCS) DMP.

Mrsezzie, I hope your little boy is okay? Sending you all our best wishes!
JES_F1 - that’s still £35 you wouldn’t have had otherwise, so it’s great!
Jesa - hope the manics were good!
Sweetpeas - you’re not sad, I do the same :rotfl:I keep a Word doc with general money stuff on it, keeping track of my bank account etc, and also a spreadsheet of everything extra I’ve made for this challenge. OH would probably kill himself laughing if he saw it, but I love it
Okay, since it’s the last day of the month I will add my last few bits! I’ve got £13.26 Ebay (would have been more but a buyer claimed her item arrived without any postage label on so I had to refund her postage costs? Not sure whether to believe that, as I watched post office lady stick the label on myself… but didn‘t want to risk a negative! Oh well). £4.67 extra overtime, which appeared on my payslip - not sure where it came from but not complaining! Lol. And decided to add the £100 my mum gave me and OH to go away in a hotel for the night - wasn’t sure whether to, but I will as it’s extra which we wouldn’t have had otherwise, and means we can treat ourselves. We haven’t had a holiday for 3 years, so a night in a hotel will be lovely!
Also just won my first ever £5 on the scratchies, woohoo! Been doing them since Jan and only ever won the odd 50p, so very chuffed. Gambled 50p of it on a paid scratchie but didn‘t win anything on that, but never mind! Not quite up to withdrawal yet though, so won’t add until withdrawn and in bank account x
Anyway, it’s a lovely day again so I’m going to spend the rest of it outside rather than trying to make any more money! Declaring £556.95. I can't believe how much all my bits of overtime, MS'ing, Ebay etc has all added up to - it doesn't feel like a lot at the time but it really does add up! Well done everyone, see you on the June thread!

It's all gone pear-shaped this month.
Still, back on for £5 a day again in June - let's see how I go on.........Aiming to be debt-free, and have my degree, by 50 ! :j0
