We had a free weekend away at a hotel and they threw in a free evening meal for us which was a complete surprise. The meal we bought cost £50 and I had budgeted for it from my b'day and Christmas savings so I made and extra £50 at the weekend.

Hi all
Have just accepted first mystery shop, which should bring in a nice £45. It is a bank one though and a bit complex but see how it goes!
Going to be an expensive weekend though, bf's birthday and going to a hotel in oxfordshire as a suprise, got cheap rooms on Devere. Actually I think they are doing there £10 room offer again so look out of that. Mine were about £45 a night. I am the travel booker at work though, so I am playing up on that and trying to blag a free upgrade! Heres hoping!
So much ebaying to do but not enough time! Hopefully winnings from Winkbingo will arrive in bank soon, totals £122. And have £60 validated in quidco but while be a while before that pays out. So after that ramble nothing to add!!!£10 a day 2015 Oct £131.38/£310

Hi shrimpy
Happy to share. It was clothing - mainly linen and silk dresses. I had bought them as possible wedding dresses (I bought four  although the sum total was still much less than a "proper" wedding dress), and ended up wearing a beautiful cream and deep pink dress from Monsoon, which I got at Bicester discount village. (Didn't fancy a white dress as I'm a pale freckly strawberry blonde.) I thought it was time to shift the understudies, as I don't get much opportunity to wear them, and they were new. Monsoon does seem to go pretty well on eBay; I've seen quite a few items go for more than their own sale prices... For example, I've got a black flirty skirt with cerise embroidery - £4.99 sale, recently saw it on eeeBs for £15.
Good luck with your sales - let us know how you get on.And also with that exciting MS - I went out with OH to help him with one this weekend, and all I can say is that you work hard for the money! I think the one I did with him required eyes in the back of your head whilst driving.
Charliedaydream - which Oxfordshire deVere are you going to? We went to the Mill and Old Swan (on the £19 offer) a few weeks ago and it was lovely. Not the biggest room, but it's in lovely countryside and the food in the Old Swan was gorgeous. Hope you have a lovely weekend.0 -
