Hi all
I just wondered of any of you out there had purchased the MindSpa on:
www.Meditations-UK.com and what you think of it? Whether it is worth £195.00? I'm considering and have searched on review site but reviews are very neutral / bland and don't really help in my decision-making.
Any REAL purchasers out there who can tell me what they think would be great.
Thank you.

Seems very expensive for something that may not "be your thing". Why not buy a relaxation cd to see if this is something you can tolerate - not everybody can. I know it's a slightly different system - lights etc - but am not convinced.
The most beneficial method of relaxation is to learn meditation or self-hypnosis. You can then do this at the bus stop, in the supermarket etc. No need to rush home and plug yourself into a machine!
It's hard to recommend a certain cd as there are so many different styles (e.g. mindfulness, autogenic relaxation, hypnosis, NLP etc), but it really is a "courses for horses" situation. Personally, I've found that people in the UK who use American tapes, often can't "get on" with them as the language can be quite touchy feely / new agey / bizarre, and the "Californian" type accents can grate - not very relaxing! (Although some love this:rolleyes:).
Try something basic. The Oxford cognitive therapy centre used to do a cd called "How to Relax". Very clear, effective instructions. I used to give these to clients all the time with great results. Perhaps have a scout around for one.
Alternatively, I'm sure ther will be meditation classes / courses that run somewhere near you. Buddhist centres always run courses and they welcome all comers - and they don't push the religious aspect!
Good luck!0
