very true...well will have to wait till tomorrow at 6am and see whats going on lol... ive work at 7am but other half and run around if people find new deals :):)

Yeah I'm alright thanks hun. It was hubby's work van so at least I wasn't our family car but I think it might be a write off :eek: And boys I know your thinking it but it was the mans fault lol!

The staff dont have a clue on the prices, when i was in there a lady scanned the kiddizoom cameras which have now gone down to £5 and suddenly all the staff were on their way over to try and find them!
Also i got a DTD in staines homeplus today on the cars 2 back to school set - had a sel of £9 but went through at £18 - so got £18 back making it free! I then went on to slough where it was actually priced at being £18.
Slough didnt seem to have any toys for sale except the out there range ie the ball pools for a £1.
Think i will try addlestone tomorrow (although no scanner which is a pain)- has anyone already tried it and if yes is there any bargins to be had???

just wondering, but all the electrical items and toys ive got at silly prices or seen in stores at silly prices so far have a white and yellow sticker on (like the Reduced labels) with writing on such as "Stock count 30/8" etc... might be nothing. But noticed in my local store today a 22in Technika TV, which hasnt been on the shelves before (or i havent noticed it) didnt have a price infront of it but had one of these stickers on with writing.

I wish I lived nearer some of you guys as you seem to be getting amazing deals, compared to the sl0ugh store that doesn't seem to have much at all. I did manage to get 2 x tech deck ramps 80p, peppa pig George car wash kit £2, 2 x peppa pig mechanic 80p, 2 x Disney fairies colouring sets 70p. Also managed to get DTD's on 2 x barbie cars and 2x barbie school sets, which will be great for Xmas and birthday pressies for my nieces.

I think I also saw a fellow MSE at Sl0ugh store around 10.30 this morning. If it was you let me know, saw you in the toy isle and you says you're doing exactly the same as me. Would be good to put a name to the face

Those stickers are usually on the items stored on the top shelves. They are there if the shelf if full of that item etc. I've seen various things written on them but it tends to be 'overstock' I see.
