How 'known' are people getting by the CS staff at their local store? I can virtually hear them cursing me when ever I walk by the desk. Is it just a matter of time before I get refused any more DTD or banned from the store?

erm yep that's me, i stand out a mile, trouts in store know me VERY well, unfortunately don't often have time to venture further afield, just waiting for the dreaded day when i'm banned eek!

You have not "had it for free". You paid the full price. They gave you compensation for overcharging you in the first place. I verified this with HO just recently before taking back some phones. They guy on the desk looked at the receipt for a few moments then refunded all the amount without question.

i had a problem with some faulty phones and although i didn't ask for a refund they would only exchange minus the overcharge -had a massive ongoing row with Ho about but they wouldn't budge

OK peeps, I''l leave the megablocks for you guys, I already have 7 from the last time they were on DTD, you'd have thought T's would have learnt their lesson no?? if I worked in T's the first thing i would do each morning is check the stickers were off on the barbies, stripey glasses and megblocks...........can't get the staff!:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

PS anyone not had their fill of cereal bars, the cereal bar thread for asda not had much interest but if anyone has missed the offer seems to be online only (just tried in store and doesn't work on the 12 packs) 6 packs of nutrigrain/special k/coco pops are all 3 for £2 not bad but even better when you hear the 12 PACKS ARE ALSO INCLUDED IN THE OFFER!!:T:T:T online only i just rushed to my local but the 12 packs are not on offer in store so just finished an on line order. Telephoned a nice lady at CS who gave me a free delivery code!! Just wait to see if anything arrives tomorrow (no nothing like my Tesco fiasco i ordered 50 boxes lol!!! only 15 boxes this time -apparently 24 is the maximum per item you can order but i didn't want to push my luck)
