US sites to escape duty and VAT

Does anyone know where I can find a US site that sells ipods so that I wont have to pay duty or VAT? Thanks 8)

When we bought from abroad over the internet,they had to add the tax on by law. Also had to pay customs duty.
Hub says he thinks this applies to new stuff only though but I suppose if its being bought from a business its likely to apply.
