would this be an electron card carlih1?

The payment methods listed here quite clearly state that electron cards are not accepted online.

If its not an electron card, i would be interested to know why its not accepted online as they seem to take just about every other card!

    Hi

it IS a visa electron which Halifax kindly replace my trusty solo card with, without asking, it isn't accepted in half the places. To be honest i didn't go through all the terms and conditions when i did my shop because i was in a rush.

Just thought that as they used it in store they could use it online also!

    Thanx for all your helps

same mistake here quite a while ago and i wrote emails made calls and was given a lot of reasons as to why electron cannot be used on this site. I have the same trouble with telephon transaxctions aswell.

unfortunatley no online supermarket (food) accepts electron ...already looked.

But the one question I had for Mr. Tesco was how come they accept Electron on the Extra part of the site but no on groceries...strange

    Hi

That is very strange, did u ever get an answer. It is a pain as i find it very hard to get to the shops and it would be so much easier, unfortunately because of certain situations i cannot get another card!

    Hi,

This link gives some idea of the scale of the problem and probably explaines why you've got no response:
