I guess they no longer use it because the tax regime has become too complex. Heaven knows how the staff at HMRC keep up with all this.

On a general note the latest budget changes in the tax regime have been difficult to follow, so is there a web site that outlines the current set up (not the revenue site) in terms of what it means to us please?
